Cancelling Orders

You have the right to fully cancel an order with us up to the time that it’s been collected by our delivery partners. After it has been shipped, please refer to the below information.

Returns & Exchanges

Goods may be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt, provided that a copy of the invoice or shop receipt is included, the merchandise is unused, and in its original condition and packaging. There are certain orders we will not cancel; these are orders that include any customised items, please see below.

Please note, only items returned are eligible for refund. We do not refund the original shipping costs or costs incurred to return the items to us. 

Which Items Cannot Be Returned Or Cancelled

All customised items (including masks, bags and garments) cannot be returned if ordered incorrectly. For example, a jacket that does not fit and has been customised with your name. In the event of a problem, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.

Only select customisation if you are 100% sure that the garment will fit. For instance, if you have previously owned the same size of item in the same range from Leon Paul.

Editing Orders

Orders that are being picked or already packed in our Warehouse cannot be edited.

Please include the returns form provided in the box. In the event you have lost the returns form, please add a copy of your invoice stating what you would like us to do.

Returns Costs From Within The UK

We require the customer to cover the cost of returning the items to us. We then cover the cost of shipping the new exchanged item/s.

Returns Costs From Outside The UK

We require the customer to cover the cost of both returning item/s to us and the new exchanged items. If you placed your order on our UK store, but need to return items from; the USA, Canada, Australia, France, Germany or Italy then please contact our relevant agent for help with returning items locally.

Returns Costs From Outside The UK – Important

If you are sending items back to us from outside the UK, please value the return as £10 and mark it as 'NOT SOLD RETURN'.

Normally processed within 10 working days.

Refund Processing

Normally processed within 15 working days.
