Not everyone has the time to go training 5 times a week but we would all like to improve our fencing the Tyshler training device uses techniques proven to be successful by the Russian fencing team and allows you to practice in almost any environment. The training system has been in development for over 40 years and has helped the Russian ( USSR) team to win more world and Olympic medals then any other team in the world. Reaction is the key to good fencing and this can be trained without the need for a partner. The training device has been carefully calibrated to give trigger signals, over time your rapid responses to these trigger signals will train your reflexes to respond more rapidly during real fencing. This system has been proven in both training and competing and will improve your footwork, timing and reaction speed.

The eight specially designed training programs came out of 40 years of scientific research and coaching experience to generate unpredictable sequences of reaction signals. There are an Unlimited number of possible exercises so more will follow in future DVD's.
