Replacement Lame Sabre bib for X-Change system for S11CX Ref: S11CXB-NEW

Please check the size of the bib not the size of the mask. The bib size is written on a small tab on the inside of the bib and ranges from 1 - 4.

The detachable bib for the X-Change Mask. To fit a new bib simply peel the Velcro retainers from the inside of the mask frame, ensuring that the strips of strengthening plastic remain in their Velcro pockets. The bib then slides out of the aluminium channel and can be replaced with a new one. Ensure that the Velcro retaining tabs on the new bib are pulled tight and the plastic strengthening strips are in place before use.

As the X-change masks have an element of hand manufacture, the length of the aluminium channel which the bib is placed can vary in length. Therefore please note when ordering replacements we need to know the size as marked on the existing bib not the size of the mask.

If there is any sign that the outer scratch layer has been penetrated then the main visor must be replaced immediately. When replacing the visor or outer scratch layer please ensure that you keep the two steel retaining strips separate and that they are replaced in their original positions.

Replacement outer scratch layer. This must be replaced when scratches obscure vision and before the outer layer has been penetrated. If there is any sign that the outer scratch layer has been penetrated then the main visor must be replaced immediately.
