We carry detailed files on every apparatus we have made since we went into mass production and can repair almost any Leon Paul box. In 1998 we took in a box that had been supplied to Hull University back in 1963! It was the first time the box had been repaired since then and total cost of the complete overhaul was only £47. We believe that this shows our attention to detail and long-term approach to customer support.

Leon Paul's spool is the only one on the market that can be disassembled completely by hand for easy servicing and repair. It is renowned for its reliability and we are still receiving mark 1 spools from as far back as 1971 for repair.
