This is a retro fit lame tab to allow the easy connection of a new Foil mask to your existing lame. All you need to do is unpick enough stitching to fit the tab under the collar of the lame and stitch it down. This can be done by hand or by any company that does repairs to clothes such as most dry cleaners.
