This is a revolution in children's fencing! The score vest detects hits to the valid target area meaning that children and adults alike can now enjoy electric fencing at a fraction of the cost of a normal setup. The score vest detects hits that land on the valid target area and are of the correct duration and strength. When a hit is scored the box on the front of the vest flashes and beeps to indicate that the fencer has been hit. The score box can be set to either beep once and light up for 2 seconds or beep repeatedly and flash for two seconds so it is easy to tell which fencer has been hit.
This opens up a whole new dimension to plastic fencing as it is now possible to run competitions both between individuals within clubs and schools and also as teams in inter school events.
The score box takes 3 AAA batteries (not supplied) and will turn off automatically if not used for 10 minutes.
If the detector Stops Woking
1) Check the lead from the box is correctly attached and plug is correctly positioned.
2) If no LED comes one when button is pressed, change the batteries.
To change the batteries: - Remove the each of the screws from the four corners.
- Pop off the lid.
- Replace the batteries.
- Replace the screws.
If the detector is still now working unplug the lead from the box and return to Leon Paul for repair.
