A handbook for Midi-fence® consisting of ten suggested one hour sessions which are designed to introduce children to fencing in a fun and exciting way. The system can be used on its own or as a follow on from the Mini-Fence® program. Included are ideas for warm up and fun games developed with a fencing theme which help develop balance, hand eye coordination and inter personal skills. This book and the Midi-Fence® system is aimed at 8 - 15 year olds. Written by Olympian Dr Clare Hasted following her experience running Finchley Foil, a top children's fencing club in London.
