Heat Moldable Insoles

Fencing shoe insoles are your first point of contact between your feet and the floor. Your insoles absorb the shock of thousands upon thousands of steps during a bout and allow you to perform your best.

Instructions for use:

- Preheat your conventional oven 90 degrees Celsius

- Once you are sure the SOLE is the right size for your shoe, place them in the oven.

- Wait approximately 2 minutes; The silver thermal dot/sticker on the bottom of one of the footbeds will turn black when ready.

- Place the SOLE in the shoe, ensuring it is centred properly, flat and not folded over in the toe area.

- Put the shoes on and lace up

- Stand up - and assume a weight bearing neutral position.
