All weapons supplied with starter kits are shipped fully mounted tested and ready to use. Please click the tabs below for pictures of the parts used to mount the weapon that ships with this kit and an example of the weapon can be seen on the right of the tabs. A Leon Paul Epee bodywire is also included as standard will all Epee kits.

There is a choice of blade size and handle available in the next two steps. For guidance on blade size please see below. French Grips are one size only and if you would like a pistol grip please order according to glove size.

A unique patented design allows us to cold forge these blades greatly reducing defects in the steel and giving the greatest lifespan of any non FIE blade. In the old method of forging a epee blade the heating process adds stresses and fractures this is avoided in our method. The V formed Epee blade completes on average 4500 cycles on our testing machine meaning that it is a safe blade and great value for money.

This Epee grip is cast from solid Aluminium and is the same as our Foil grip ref: 85 handle but without the insulation.



Standard 6mm threaded nut for 1/4 inch alan key (6mm keys will also fit)



These traditional French grips have a curved shape to follow the contours of the hand for a perfect fit. The leather is bonded to the core with tough flexible resin glue that will last for years. The surface of the grip is treated with a "tackifying" solution which makes it extremely grippy and the absorbent surface of the leather means that it retains its grip even when damp from perspiration. The handle is finished with a friction fit aluminium feral at each end that provides a solid surface for mounting. These handles are for use with a long tang blade and a pommel.



110 gram, 6mm Threaded pommel, can be tightened with a 6mm or 1/4" allen key This Pommel will provide the perfect counterbalance for a full sized Epee.



Our durable cold formed electric guard.



This pad is made from a waterproof PVC layer over a foam core. Unlike the fibre pads sold by other manufacturers it will not fray, leak colour or absorb sweat.
